Alexis Aumonier (Stockholm University) — Homology of spaces of holomorphic maps to projective space

I will explain how to compute some stable part of the homology of the space of holomorphic maps from a variety to a projective space. The techniques are topological and generalise ideas of Segal from the 70s, and many others after him. I will also explain how to organise the computation using calculus and what we can deduce about the unstable cohomology.
